Bus services 362, 363 will change from 03-01-2012.
The timetables will be revised and a new service 364 will operate on Fridays and Saturdays only.
Dear First,
I am deeply dismayed by the fact that services on the 363 and 362 no longer run in the evenings from Monday to Thursday after 7pm. Also the prices have increased on this route from £1 to £1.20 and on other routes from £1.00 to £1.60.
To add insult to injury, the 363 to the Wells was late by 70 minutes 2 weeks ago. This never happened with Diamond.
I am sorry but if you are taking over a contract you should improve the service. We are paying higher prices for a lower standard of service. I am writing to the Council to voice my concerns. As a qualified manager, I find these issues unacceptable.
I would be most grateful if we could have the evening service back after 7pm on the 362 and 363 route to the Wells.

Bus services 362 & 363 will change from 04-09-2011.
Both services will now be operated by First.
Service 362 will have a revised timetable
with certain journeys rerouted between Welland and Malvern Wells via Hanley Swan and Three Counties Showground. It will no longer serve Malvern Hospital and Belmont. The evening service will be reduced to operate on Fridays and Saturdays only.

Why has the service from Belmont, Dyson Perrins been cancelled. My Son goes to Hanley Castle High School and has used the 363 service form Belmont, Dyson Perrins since it took over from Malvernian. I not from the Time Table that there is a 07:47 that leaves in the morning, which is fantastic, but there is no return to that point at the end of the school day.. Why is that?
Also now that First have taken over the route the cost involved has almost tripled per week from £6.00 with Red Diamond to £20 with First. I understand that the cost of things over the past couple of years has gone up but I feel this price rise is just day-light robbery. As a Mother trying to get her children to school who am I suppose to find that sort of extra money to just get her child to and from school??

There will be a route and timetable change due to the new Malvern Hospital now being served.
Bus service 363 will change from 06-06-2010.
Diamond will operate the service to a new contract and there will be changes to the timetable.
Bus service 362 is also affected.
